You can also add a one teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture is also very effective way to reduce your fat.

Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice is one of the best natural home remedies for fighting against obesity. Lemons are excellent source of vitamin c, one of the most important antioxidants in nature. It helps improve easy digestion and aids in detoxification. Healthy digestion is an essential pre requisite For Weight Loss and it helps remove toxins from your body that slow down your metabolism

Mix three table spoon of lemon juice, one or two teaspoon of honey and one half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water, mix well to drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months you can get better results.
